The coconut oil may turn solid white at colder temperatures but returns to clear liquid at warmer temperatures. This is due to the high amount of saturated fatty acids that causes the melting point to be low. So, when taken to a surrounding that is higher than its melting point (~25 degrees Celsius), it will melt into clear liquid.
